Yes he's retarded. He heard the smoke alarm low battery beep and thought it was his shock collar. He assumed the couch was a "safe" place and literally backed up onto it, placing his ass on the couch and feet on the floor.

I am Iron (Wo)Man
Tanner received an Iron Man costume set for his birthday. Ryan thought it'd be a great idea for me to wear it.
Amazingly it fit.
One of my friends says that "Elke Stark" has a nice ring to it. I agree as long as I can have Robert Downey Jr. in that package.
